Yes, with a daily cap. Imagen 4 is included with an OpenTools account (10 images a day, 50 on Pro): sign in, open Create image and pick it from the Imagen family.
Can Imagen 4 use reference pictures?
Not in Studio. Imagen 4 works from your text prompt alone. To edit a photo, pick a model that supports reference pictures, such as Seedream or FLUX Kontext.
